"Poppy" Bush
and the rest of the people who run our world must be amused by all the
attention that the MSM are focusing on that greenhorn outsider Sarah Palin,
since she is playing right into their plan for the 2012 Presidential election:
BUSH / CHENEY 2012
Yes, save those bumper
stickers and change the date, Jeb and Liz are just getting settled into the
starting blocks for the race.
George Bush (The Father of Presidents) and Dick Cheney (The Dark Lord of Revenge) have the Master Plan and it goes like this:
* Talking Point #1: Yes, Americans, the government is not
working.
* Talking Point #2: You want to return to the old days of old
values.
* Talking Point #3: You don't want socialist liberals
(Obama/Pelosi) in charge.
* Talking Point #4: You don't want amateur conservatives (Palin/Tea
Party) in charge.
* Talking Point #5: You DO want an old brand that you can
trust (Bush/Cheney).
* Talking Point #6: Once the other candidates ("Nit-Mitt"
Romney, "Tough Trudy" Giuliani, Huckabee "Finn," Bobby
"Hindu" Jindal, Tim "Good N' " Pawlenty, Rick "Don't
Call Me Dick" Santorum,) have worn you out, you'll be begging for the
"Most Likely to Get Elected" (in the polls) ticket:
BUSH / CHENEY 2012
The "Slow Tease:
Who Me?" method.
We send Liz out to standard
party events and-- surprise ! --her dad, the former President, just shows up
and wows the crowd and reminds them how much they liked having a Cheney in the
White House. (With the audience hoping for a "surprise" appearance from dad, Liz will draw crowds.) She links herself to her dad by with her featured theme: National Security, 9-11, terrorist attacks, only WE can protect you.
(...CHENEY / BUSH 2020, 2024...)
We send Jeb out to the
talk shows to play the humility, "aw shucks," card by announcing he
is not interested in running for President.
Well, maybe he won't "completely rule it out," since we can't
predict the future, but, for now, he is definitely not interested. The reluctant Bush prince, the Bush brother
with the name and the brains; he is not ambitious, but he was the Gov. of
Florida and proved a loyal brother to George the Lesser by handing him the
state's 2000 election.
All Jeb and Liz need
to do is show the flag (BUSH / CHENEY) on talk shows and on 60 MINUTES, Sunday
Morning, Fox & Friends...
Letterman, Leno, Charlie Rose, The Daily Show
and gradually spin the message from "I wouldn't consider it" to
"only if history and the country and my party calls..." up to July
2012. Then, coyly, with faux reluctance,
they ride the wave of "back to core values change" into the
convention.
Maybe former
Presidents George Bush, Sr. and Dick " POTUS Defacto " Cheney will
give the nominating speeches?
BUSH: "It's time for the country to get back to its core values; I remember when President Reagan said..."
CHENEY: "Let' make America safe and secure again...let's make Barak "Hussein" Obama a one-term President!"
Never underestimate
the willingness of the American people to take what did not work and
enthusiastically insist that we do it again.
BUSH / CHENEY 2012
BUSH / CHENEY 2016
CHENEY / BUSH 2020
CHENEY / BUSH 2024
EARL: 2012? Hmmm..Let me look at that Mayan calendar again...
Keep America Safe chair Liz Cheney was greeted
at CPAC with an enthusiastic ovation before delivering a speech on national
security today. She argued that Obama, wed to a campaign promise to close
Gitmo, has been forced to move terrorists to American soil. She related an
anecdote involving her nine year old daughter Grace: “Mom, is President Obama
really trying to bring terrorists into the United States?” Yes, Cheney had to
tell her daughter. (Cheney's children are apparently very perceptive. In 2004,
her daughter was able to determine that Howard Dean is a “creep,” Cheney said,
eliciting the laughter of the audience.)
“A wise man,” Cheney said as she took aim at President
Obama, “would not give the mastermind of September 11” a platform in New York
City to preach jihad. She continued with the same opening phrase for a few
lines, listing the national security mistakes the Obama administration has
made. She ended, “A wise man would hire better people.”
“Let’s send a message to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue,”
Cheney said. “You will not silence us!”
The real red meat, what drove this crowd into frenzy and
onto their feet was the former vice president of the United States Dick Cheney.
It was an unscheduled visit and a total surprise to the crowd.
The former vice president talked about his excitement
after the elections in Virginia, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, finally saying
that he hoped Obama would be a one term president. The crowd readily agreed
with this wise man.

John Ellis Bush
was on his way to Washington, where he senses a lot of Bush-blaming going on
lately. The younger brother of the 43rd president and son of the 41st told FOX and Friends this
morning that it's time for people to move on.
Asked about House
Majority Leader Steny Hoyer blaming the former President Bush for the nation's
fiscal outlook, Jeb Bush said:
"I was on
the plane yesterday coming up to Washington and I heard someone complain that
their child's acne was because of George Bush. Of course last week the Olympics
didn't come to Chicago, that was my brother's fault.
"And at some point
people are going to have to put on their big-boy pants and assume
responsibility for the great challenges and opportunities our country has...
"I don't
know how much longer leaders, responsible leaders in Congress, can continue to
say these things,'' said Bush, the former governor of Florida who is in town
for a two-day conference on education reform (more on that later in the Swamp.)
"It seems to
me that the Obama administration and Congress is moving under the philosophy of
Joe Biden, which is, when you have a fiscal crisis and you're moving towards
bankruptcy to spend more money,'' Bush told his friends at FOX. "The
budget deficit, if sustained over the long haul, is perhaps our greatest
challenge as a nation...there are deficits as far as the eye can
see, not just this year, but for the next 10."
Here to talk about education, which
he made the centerpiece of his time in Tallahassee, Bush said: "The strategies to
make sure that we have student learning ought to be centered at the school
level, I do admire President Obama's commitment to take on the education establishment,
the unions and the folks that are really adult-centered, This is a place where
I think we need to find common ground and both the secretary of education and
the president deserve credit....
""I
think we need a total transformation in the system...in some cases it may be
longer school days, in some cases it may be longer school years, in some cases
it may be embracing the internet and online learning... there's lots of things
that may be done but we need to move away from the adults in the system...
"This is,
outside of the current economic challenges we face, this is the No. 1 priority
for our country."
