By trying to cheat local governments out of filing fees, the Banksters may have created a loophole that will give home owners mortgage-free houses.
A court ruling in California could send the issue all the way to the Supreme Court and, if the Supremes agree, that the Banksters cannot use MERS, their money-laundering bastard agency, to prove title, it will send a shit tsunami through the mortgage industry that could cause the American economy to crash.
